When two friendly couples, along with their two teenage daughters, follow their tradition of sharing a holiday home in the Alps, both daughters end up in a serious accident. As the girls fight for their lives, the seemingly close friendship between their parents begins to unravel. The couples become entangled in a battle awash with manipulation and fear.
