Rein leads a secluded life in the Alps. When he is visited by his father Gijs, a battle for dominance ensues. Until nature takes over. Featuring real father and son Gijs and Reinout Scholten van Aschat. Since his mother passed, twenty-something Rein (Reinout Scholten van Aschat) leads a withdrawn life as a snowboard teacher in a village in the Alps. His day-to-day routine is disrupted by a visit from his dominant father Gijs (Gijs Scholten van Aschat). This starts mildly, with pin pricks and sly digs. But during a risky ski descent, father and son get stuck in a swelling storm, while their mutual tensions mount as well.
