When twenty-something Kaitlynn’s request for euthanasia is rejected, her best friend Jade comes into conflict with herself. How far can she go to help Kaitlynn? The lives of BFFs Jade (24) and Kaitlynn (25) are put on hold, now Kaitlynn (Frieda Barnhard) has entered a euthanasia process due to desperate mental suffering. When the family doctor refuses to grant her euthanasia, Jade (Dylan Jongejans) initially pulls out all stops to arrange for Kaitlynn to die with dignity. But gradually Jade becomes increasingly unsettled. She loses control of her friend and thus of herself. Will she manage to let go of her companion and start leading her own life?
